Puncakes is a type of bread that is not baked in a bowl.
Chapati is prepared with wheat flour. this food is very tasty and its origin is the Indian subcontinent.

Requirements:

  • Wheat flour 1 kg
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Butter (butter) 3 large spoons
  • Cooking oil for grilling
  • Parsley powder
  • Powdered milk 3 tablespoons

Instructions:

  • Put the flour in a basin or a dry pot and then put some salt, 3 tablespoons of milk and water. Mix until well combined.
  • Add three tablespoons of butter to the flour and then mix. Mix until the butter adheres to the flour well and has a good consistency (not visible at all).
  • Break the eggs aside, stir them well and then put them in the flour. Mix more until you get the right consistency.
  • When you see the right consistency of your dough, add lukewarm water to the dough and start kneading. Knead the dough until it is smooth and does not stick to the tool you are kneading and does not stick to your hands. Then the dough will rise.
  • Cut the lumps of dough in a circular shape and then put them in a container on the side. Repeat this exercise until the dough runs out.
  • Take one ball at a time, apply flour and put it on a baking sheet. Push the pancake until it is smooth. Apply oil to the chapati and start rolling.
  • Repeat the exercise for all the remaining balls. When done, start pushing your pancakes for cooking.
  • Stick a frying pan in the kitchen. Let it heat well.
  • Put the pancake, let it cook until it turns brown. Turn to the other side, oil the browned side. Turn over, oil the other side again.
  • Make sure the chapati cooks well and breaks apart, then you will be done and ready to eat your chapatis.
